Welcome to the Italian Visa Application Centre in Yerevan
Anyone who wants to visit Italy for a period of 120 hours (5 days) for work need, health or absolute urgency, with obligation of term end or to leave the national territory must initiate the period of surveillance and fiduciary isolation for 5 days at the end of which they must take a rapid or molecular swab test for COVID-19 with negative result.
From August 9, the Italian Embassy in Armenia resumes accepting applications for all types of visas.
Starting from May 24, 2021, anyone who enters Italy for any length of time from foreign states or territories, on board any means of transport, before entering the national territory of Italy, is required to fill in digital format the Passenger Locator Form following below steps.
Once the form has been sent, the passenger will receive the dPLF in pdf format and a QR code via e-mail, to address indicated during registration, the form needs to be shown directly from your smartphone (in digital format) at the time of boarding and to anyone appointed to carry out the controls. Alternatively the passenger can print a copy of the dPLF before boarding. In is mandatory to fill the dPLF before boarding, in any case, the field relating to the seat number assigned on the means of transport will always be editable.
A form must be completed for each adult passenger; in the event of the presence of minors, the minor can be registered in the accompanying adult`s form. In the case of unaccompanied minors, the dPLF must be completed by the guardian before departure.
Directions for using the digital Passenger Locator Form for passengers was displaced with requirement of declaration on March 2, 2021 by chairman of the Council of Ministers determination article 50 point 1. In expositional cases or exclusively within technical obstacles form can be completed in paper version witch can be found on website of the Ministry of Health: section Nuovo Coronavirus / Viaggiatori.
On the portal of the Ministry of Health - New Coronavirus, in the Viaggiatori section there is a specific page with instructions and a direct link for filling in the dPLF.
Please be informed that according to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers’ decree dated on 2020 of December 3, it has been established that foreign citizens residing in Armenia can again apply for a national visa (type D). Entries for work activities are also allowed (even with short-term stays). VISAS FOR TOURISM ARE EXCLUDED.

Please be informed that according to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers’ decree dated on 2020 of October 13, it has been established that foreign nationals with a valid residence permit can return to their place of residence in Italy.
Applicants with expired residency may apply for a re-entry visa by contacting our Call Center.

In addition, those who will be traveling from Armenia to Italy are required to submit a certificate of a negative test result during the 72 hours prior to departure.
The re-entry visa is issued to Armenian citizens who have already obtained a residence permit in Italy but who do not have one at the time of departure.
From 15/07/2020 the issue of National Visas will be recovered (over 90 days).
Due to the continuing Covid 19 situation in Armenia, the Italian Embassy in Yerevan remains closed to the public.
Visa applications will be accepted only through the TLScontact AM.
The expected service cost is € 30 - 16 000 AMD (collection of documents to finalize pre-registration, visa application and documents for the declaration of value).
Declaration of value: Euro 5 - 2500 AMD.
At the moment, upon decision of the European Commission in Brussels, the issuance of Schengen Uniform Visas is not allowed (tourism, business, invitation, sports competitions).

Due to high volumes of applicants nowadays, please contact us on the day you want to submit your application. “Walk in” and “Gold Package” slots are restricted.
The slots are updated according to the cancellation of the appointments.
All duplicated appointments will be deleted automatically. So, please contact us to cancel the current appointment and book a new one, or upgrade your appointment accordingly (“Premium Lounge”, “Prime Time” when you have an appointment or “Walk In” and “Gold Package” even if you don’t have an appointment at all).

Starting from December 2, there are some changes for minor applicants.
The presence of the applicants at the Visa Center is mandatory, despite their age.
The minors should be accompanied by both of the parents or by the legally authorized person if they are not in the country.
The application form of the minor must be signed by both of the parents at the Visa Application Center, in front of the TLScontact agent, even if they have authorized a third person to accompany their child.
The Parental Consent cannot be older than one month. The consent should be translated into English or Italian with Notary authorization.
If one of the parents is not in the country, then he/she must go to the Embassy of Italy in the foreign country he/she is a resident and give an authorization to the other parent. Then he/she can send the copy of the authorization to the other parent for applying for visa for their minor child. Or one of the parents can give an authorization and request an apostille in the foreign country he/she is a resident and send the copy of the document to Armenia.
The members of the same group/family should apply on the same day. If appointment is taken at a separate date then applications won’t be considered as applied together.
If there are available appointment slots on the same day, you can book at the same or different hours (it depends on the number of the group/family members). After booking appointments for your group/family on the same date but at different hours, you can use our AVS, and upgrade your appointments from normal to Premium and come together at the same hour. Premium service fee is paid for each applicant, not for the group.
As a reminder, TLScontact is not involved in the visa decision making.
Each applicant can upgrade his/her appointment from Normal and Prime Time Appointments to Premium Lounge by calling our Call Center or at the welcome desk. This can be done only if the applicant has an appointment on the same day.

If the applicant is under 18, the application must be signed both by father and by mother, even if the parents don’t apply. The minor applicant should be accompanied by one of the parents or an adult.
