CHANGING OF THE SERVICE FEE FOR A SCHENGEN VISA

From February 1, 2021, in agreement with Embassy of Italy in Belarus, the service fee for a Short term Schengen visa increases from 14 to 18 euro. For more details, please click here.

Until an unspecified date the Embassy of Italy in Minsk can accept and process applications for a Schengen visa for tourism purposes only for the following categories of applicants:

  • Family members of EU citizens and third-country citizens permanently residing in EU countries. The travel period should be at least 15 days. Please check the date from which you can apply for a visa at the call centre: +375 740 7409999 (mobile phone) / 8 740 7409999 (landline phone);
  • Subjects who have a confirmed and stable emotional relationship (emotional relationships concern couples, not family members) with EU citizens or third-country citizens permanently residing in EU countries. The travel period should be at least 15 days.

The embassy can accept and process applications for Schengen visas of the following types: business (the travel period should be no more than 5 days), medical treatment, participation in events, participation in sport event, employment, self-employment, for religious purpose, for scientific research, study (including internship and vocational training), transit and transportation.

CHANGING OF THE VISA FEE FOR A SCHENGEN VISA

From July 1, 2020, due to the Agreement between the EU and Belarus on visa facilitation, the fee for a Short Term Schengen visa reduces from 80 to 35 euro. For more details, please click here.

Following the discovery of new cases of coronavirus in Europe, we are taking all the necessary measures to ensure maximum safety of our visa customers and our staff. Our centre in Minsk remains open, but we ask you to respect any guidance provided on-site during your visa appointment. Please also refer to the advice provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) on how to limit your exposure to the virus.

Prime Time Appointment

Please be informed that choosing the appointment for 17:00 - 17:30 you will select one additional service called Prime Time Service that we are happy to offer to you. This Service requires you to pay EUR 30.00 in addition to the normal fees.

Please do not select Prime Time Appointments if you don’t agree to use the service.
