Upgrade your
visa application experience


All short-term Schengen visa applications now are accepted

Starting from May 21st, Italian visa application center in Minsk accepts all short-term Schengen visa applications (Tourist Visa, Business visit, etc.) with the validity from June 16th, 2020.


Be aware that starting from the 14th of April 2020 the opening days of the Italian Visa Application Centre in Minsk will be Monday and Thursday only.

Application process remains the same and requires a registration on our website to book an appointment at the submission day as stated above. Passport return will be available on the open days during the normal working hours only.

CORONAVIRUS: current measures

Starting from the 24th of March Visa Application Centre in Brest and Gomel will be temporary closed until further notice as a result of the impact of Coronavirus measures.

Following the discovery of new cases of coronavirus in Europe, we are taking all the necessary measures to ensure maximum safety of our visa customers and our staff. Our centres remain open, but we ask you to respect any guidance provided on-site during your visa appointment. Please also refer to the advice provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) on how to limit your exposure to the virus. Visit WHO website for more information.

Changing of the visa fee for a Schengen visa

From February 2, 2020, after the entry into force of the new EU Visa Code, Schengen visa fee will increase from 60 to 80 euros.

The Schengen visa fee increase for Belarusian citizens will be temporary and will last until the entry into force of the Agreement between the EU and Belarus on visa facilitation, signed in Brussels on January 8.

According to this Agreement, the fee for a Schengen visa will be automatically reduced from 80 to 35 euros.

The new Agreement will come into effect upon ratification by the National Assembly of Belarus and the European Parliament.

Prime Time Appointment

Please be informed that choosing the appointment for 17:00 - 17:30 you will select one additional service called Prime Time Service that we are happy to offer to you. This Service requires you to pay EUR 30.00 in addition to the normal fees.

Please do not select Prime Time Appointments if you don’t agree to use the service.
