If you have booked a submission time for Saturday or Sunday, these bookings are not valid.
The TLScontact Visa Application Center is closed on weekends and is unable to serve you during this time.

The websites of the Italian Embassy and TLScontact are the only authorised sites to book Your appointment for an Italian visa. No intermediary is authorized to sell visa appointments. TLScontact is not managing the off-site queue for Walk-in. If You need assistance, please approach our Customer service.

From March 1, 2022, the Italian Embassy in Minsk will start accepting and processing applications for Schengen tourist visas. You can submit the documents through TLScontact Visa Application Centre.
The Ministry of Health adopted a new ordinance establishing, with effect from March 1, 2022, the same rules for arrivals to Italy from all non-European countries as those already in force for European countries. For entry to the national territory, one of the conditions of the Green Pass (Eu digital COVID certificate) will be sufficient: certificate of vaccination, certificate of recovery or negative test result (https://www.esteri.it/en/ministero/normativaonline/focus-cittadini-italiani-in-rientro-dall-estero-e-cittadini-stranieri-in-italia/).
Only in case of failure to submit one of the above certifications, shall the traveller be submitted to a 5-day quarantine and obliged to take a molecular or antigen test at the end of this period.

Until an unspecified date the Embassy of Italy in Minsk can accept and process applications for a Schengen visa for tourism purposes only for the following categories of applicants:
The embassy can accept and process applications for Schengen visas of the following types: business (the travel period should be no more than 5 days), medical treatment, participation in events, participation in sport event, employment, self-employment, for religious purpose, for scientific research, study (including internship and vocational training), transit and transportation.

Our centre in Minsk remains open, but we ask you to respect any guidance provided on-site during your visa appointment. Please be informed that choosing the appointment for 17:00 - 17:30 you will select one additional service called Prime Time Service that we are happy to offer to you. This Service requires you to pay EUR 30.00 in addition to the normal fees.
Please do not select Prime Time Appointments if you don’t agree to use the service.
